THE ROOTS ARK #17: Tribute to the fallen legends (12-01-2022)
To kick off 2022 we did a 2 hour tribute to some of legends who left us in 2020 & 2021. 2 hours is way too short so we scheduled only a few tunes per artist. Also there are a few who didn't get played such as Bob Andy, Apple Gabriel, Purpleman, Rudolph "Garth" Dennis, Ernest Wilson, Bunny Wailer & Robbie Shakespeare (who'll get a separate tribute). In order of appearance: Lee Scratch Perry, Toots Hibbert, Derrick Lara, U-Roy, Trinity aka Junior Brammer, Delroy Washington, Mickey Chung, Albert Griffith, Norris Reid, Naggo Morris, Bunny "Striker" Lee, Pad Anthony & Bobby "Digital" Dixon. Sad years where a lot of the legends have left us, but their music will always be remembered & played out loud! With all the respect, Rest in Peace to all

Rumoer Op De Koer II (15-02-2024 @ courtyard LUCA, Ghent) Deliverance Soundsystem stepping forward @ another courtyard arena during a midday session. Playing on the Little Man Soundsystem, big up for the organisation & the good care each&everytime! In collaboration with students from Design For Impact (LUCA), they decided to raise funds for their upcoming field trip. This one was ls Barry Sound, Manon Zwartjes, Soku Sound & Moksha Vibration Deliverance Sound ending this event, roots & culture galore!
