Dear listener, It has been exactly 13 years since I dropped my first Klankschap set on this platform. Most of the shows were created spontaneously in the radio studio of Villa Bota, where at the time there were about fifteen programs, while now there are about forty... I've lost count. Some things have changed and yet actually nothing has changed. SLOPPY is a Radio program every 2 weeks (on Tuesdays from 4-5 pm on 106.4 FM) on Villa Bota (Bruges) with a focus on artist talks, performances, artist recordings and artist records. This week on Sloppy, Liew Niyomkarn & Noam Youngrak Son. When the show started, there was a lot of fog and it lingered all day. Liew played brain plopping sounds and beautiful low-shooting bass sounds! WOOW blissful! Noam reads out a text printed on a receipt, a very enlightening reflection on the concept of browning. Sometimes bitting a browning apple. Gigantic thanks for this wonderful performance.

This is extravert 2022. A collection of - mostly instrumental – uptempo ‘extravert’ songs with different ranges in dynamics, rhythm and sheer experimentalism that gave me thrills in 2022.
