Follow the light
Dear listener, It has been exactly 13 years since I dropped my first Klankschap set on this platform. Most of the shows were created spontaneously in the radio studio of Villa Bota, where at the time there were about fifteen programs, while now there are about forty... I've lost count. Some things have changed and yet actually nothing has changed. It is still a place for meeting up, experimentation and creativity that actually brings us back to one thing : MUSIC miXd & Rcrdd live at Bota Radiostudio – may 16th 2024. Enjoy this one ! SLOPPY With Maria Blondeel
Sloppy is a bi-weekly radio program that airs on Tuesdays from 4-5 PM on 106.4 FM in Villa Bota, Bruges. The show revolves around artist discussions, live performances, artist recordings, and music by various artists. This week, we have the talented Maria Blondeel joining us, presenting her remarkable piece 'Borden' from 1989. She has recreated and expanded upon this performance exclusively for the SLOPPY show now called “Continuous Remastering (De Vaatwas)”. “Continuous Remastering (De Vaatwas)” is a captivating work where Maria engages in the act of doing the dishes. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Maria for being a part of our show, as well as special thanks to 'SoundLab' Bruges for providing top-notch microphones and Neil Haesebrouck for his exceptional recording skills.
